Tom Chastain, CEO

Tom Chastain is the Chief Executive Officer of Miller-Eads and under his leadership, the company has experienced tremendous growth while capturing a very impressive customer base. During his 30 years with Miller-Eads, Tom has served in the capacities of Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President, President and now CEO. He is a 1967 graduate of the IEJATC Electrical Training Institute. A highly respected industry professional, Tom has worked on some of the area's most recognizable building projects such as the Indianapolis International Airport, Community Hospital, City Market, Union Station and the Indiana Convention Center. Tom is a former Electrical Theory Instructor for the Electrical Training Institute.

Chris Chastain, President

Chris Chastain serves as President of Miller-Eads and oversees the company's strategic focus and overall business performance. Providing leadership in all areas of the company's operations, Chris has an in-depth understanding of electrical construction and management. A second generation electrician, Chris graduated from the IEJATC Electrical Training Institute in 1989 and spent nearly 10 years in the field as a Journeyman Electrician and Job Foreman. He served as Service Manager for Miller-Eads from 1993 through 1998, then spent several years as a Project Manager before becoming the company's President in 2003. Chris holds a Master Electrician's License and is currently a member of the NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Institute's Apprenticeship Committee.

Dan Sparks, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Miller-Eads, Dan Sparks is responsible for major project management and developing new project management techniques for the company, serving in this capacity for more than 20 years. He is a 1970 graduate of Morehead State University with a B.S. in Industrial Technology, Business Administration. With more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Dan has completed projects which include heavy and light institutional, industrial and utility construction, instrumentation, power plant and overhead electrical line distribution systems. Dan's project delivery experience includes plan and specification, design and build, and fast track construction. Dan utilizes computer assisted project management and has 15 years of experience with CPM scheduling. Dan also holds a Master Electrician's License.

Greg Costelow, Vice President

Greg Costelow is Vice President of Miller-Eads and takes a lead role in determining which major projects and opportunities are to be pursued by the company. Greg also takes a hands-on project management role once the project has been attained. For more than a decade Greg has served Miller-Eads in the capacities of client relations, marketing, estimating, project management and executive leadership. Greg earned a degree in Business in 1984 from Vincennes University and continued his education in Electrical Technology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Greg has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the electrical construction industry. He serves as an active NECA representative on The Quality Connection Executive Board and is a member of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Association.

Cathy Wycoff, Controller

As the Controller of Miller-Eads, Cathy Wycoff is responsible for overseeing the company's financial bookkeeping and reporting, as well as management of the front office. She also serves in the capacity of EEO Officer and Human Resources representative for Miller-Eads. Cathy is a 1993 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Management. She has 19 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, all of those years with Miller-Eads. Prior to her position as Controller for the company, Cathy served in various areas of accounting including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

Kevin Schrader, General Field Superintendent

Field Superintendent Kevin Schrader is responsible for monitoring and facilitating labor requirements to ensure an electrical installation at the lowest cost consistent with contract terms and customer satisfaction. Kevin is a 1984 graduate of the IEJATC Electrical Training Institute and carries a Master Electrician's License. He has been with Miller-Eads for more than 10 years and prior to becoming Field Superintendent, he had responsibilities as Service Manager. Over the last 20 years, Kevin has gained extensive expertise in the electrical construction industry through both his hands-on experience as a Journeyman Wireman and various industry leadership positions. Since 1991, he has been the Electrical Inspector for the Town of Speedway and he has been a trustee for the Electrical Workers Health and Welfare Benefit Fund since 1997. Kevin has been a member of the City of Indianapolis Electrical License Board since 1998.
