The electricians associated with Miller-Eads are among the most highly trained professionals in the industry. That's because every electrical worker we employ is a graduate of the Indiana Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (IEJATC) Electrical Training Institute. This rigorous, multi-year training program ensures that our Journeymen have completed thousands of hours of classroom instruction and on-the-job training from certified industry instructors.

Recognized as one of the nation's premier training centers for the union construction industry, the JATC Electrical Training Institute is a partnership of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). This highly structured curriculum includes such areas as electrical wiring and circuitry, computer programming, instrumentation and telecommunications. In addition, apprentices receive extensive training in workplace safety and OSHA regulations.

Our skilled electricians are further aided by higher level educational management programs ensuring ongoing professional education on the latest technologies and practices. This also includes constant training in workplace safety and OSHA regulations. Our unprecedented commitment to training and continuing education is how Miller-Eads can provide you with safe, reliable and productive workers on every project.
